Where is the best place in a garden to put a bird nesting box?
I have just brought a nesting box, but am struggling to think of a place to put it. We have several bird feeders in our lilac tree, so I’m not sure if it is wise to put it anywhere near those as it might put birds off nesting altogether.
The Garden is about half the size of a tennis court.
Sparrows, Blackbirds, Wrens, Robins, Coaltits and Bluetits visit the garden often to feed.
The tree would be the best place or if you have a quiet corner where the box could be attached to a wall , out of the way of cats of course.
