Garden Photos

Are there any legalities behind taking photos of sculptures?
I’m into photography and want to take photos at a sculpture garden. It won’t be just full shots of the sculptures, but close ups, etc. Can I still claim ownership of the photo even though it is technically of someone else’s art?
Don’t sell the photograph. If you’re posting it on a site give credit if at all possible or at least state the park where the sculpture is ‘housed.” Openly state that you only took the photograph and did not make the sculpture itself.
You should be fine.

Though all four contribute to the first side’s writing, John Lennon’s hard-rocking, “Come Together” and “I Want You (She’s So Heavy)” make the strongest i… |
